SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE

There are scholarships available for the 2008 Carolinas Conference

The North Carolina Addiction Fellows Program (NCAFP)is offering two scholarships:

       1.  One full scholarship of $400.00 for the cost of registration only will be awarded to an individual who is registered with the NCSAPPB, has a minimum of two years of supervised experience in the field of substance abuse counseling and is actively pursuing certification or licensure through the NCSAPPB.  (Recipient will be expected to attend the NCAFP dinner on Thursday night of the conference at 7:00pm)

       2.  One partial scholarship of $250.00 to be used towards the cost of registration only will be awarded to an individual who is currently certified or licensed through the NCSAPPB. (Recipient will be expected to attend the NCAFP dinner on Thursday night of the conference at 7:00pm)

There are a limited number of partial scholarship ($250 for regular registration and $100 for students).  Please write to Jim Van Hecke with your request.  The only requirement is a written request with a short statement of need and contact information.
